TUITION POLICIES

Tuition is due on the first of each month, late fee assessed after the 5th.

Tuition is billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Monthly rates are based on an average of 4 classes per month across the full dance year, not a per-month count — so there are no extra charges in months with more than 4 classes, and no credits for scheduled holidays or days off, since all N10 holidays are already factored into the yearly pricing. Make-up classes are available for any canceled class per our make-up policy.

PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

Be sure to read our polices and dress codes before taking your first class. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your dancer’s first class. This will allow time for your dancer to check in at the front desk, use the restroom if needed and change into dance clothing/shoes (if applicable). If you have any questions, please feel free to call us!

MAKE UP/MISSED CLASS POLICY

You have 30 days to make up a missed class. To schedule a make-up, please use the parent portal or contact the front desk with any questions.

CANCELLATION PROCESS/POLICY

All class drop requests must be submitted through the Parent Portal by logging in, selecting your dancer’s class, clicking the three dots (More Options), and choosing “Request to Drop.” To cancel enrollment,a "REQUEST DROP" must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle on the 1st of the month. Please note that we do not accept cancellations by phone, email, or in person, and missed classes do not count as a cancellation. Enrollment and billing will continue until we receive the form. Once submitted, our team will review your request, notify you by email or phone, and update your enrollment after processing.
